Reply/Send via SMS

⚠️ SMS channel can only send text messages if you want to send image etc attachment please send via WhatsApp instead.

- Choose [ SMS ] as message channel under [ Choose Message Channel ]
- If the contact is associated with multiple flats in the system choose the desired flat via the flat short name
- Each SMS has a maximum character limit of 80 characters. If you have more than 80 characters please divide the message into multiple SMS's
- Press [ Send Message ] button to send SMS

⚠️ You can only reply to incoming WhatsApp messages within 24 hours via the web interface according to WhatsApp policy. You CAN NOT initialize WhatsApp conversation with contacts directly. A possible work around is to send them an SMS to ask them to initialize a WhatsApp Conversation.

- Choose [ WhatsApp ] as message channel under [ Choose Message Channel ] ( within the 24 hour time limit )
- If the contact is associated with multiple flats in the system choose the desired flat by the flat short name
- Whatsapp messages have a character limit of 1600 characters
- Click on [ Choose File ] button to upload attachment you want to send with this WhatsApp message ( available file format including jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, mp3, mp4 )
- Press [ Send Message ] button to send WhatsApp
