What happens to inbound messages?
- You will enter grace period and
roomly bot
handle 10 more inbound messages for you during this period, every time we receive inbound messages during grace period we will send a error email to user's email address in the system for notification of expired subscription
- After grace period ends ( when we received more than 10 more inbound messages ) roomly will stop responding all together
What happens to Conversation Dashboard?
- You can still do the normal conversation dashboard activities including search, star/un-star, delete conversations
- You will be returning to conversation page when you tried to send message and an error message indicating insufficient fund will be displayed there.

What happens to other dashboards?
- Property dashboard: disabled functions - add new property, import properties, update properties; available functions - export properties
- Contact dashboard: disabled functions - add new contact, bulk update contacts, update single contact; available functions - search contacts, filter contacts by group, delete contact
- Notification dashboard: notifications will be updated up to the last week of your subscription ended
